The stunning setting of Forbes of Kingennie with its tranquil loch and lush 18 hole golf course is set in the heart of Angus Countryside. Guest expectations are high as they look to take advantage of the perfect location for golf, fishing, dining and luxury self catering holidays.

The four star property was previously using two different suppliers to provide bedding and table linen, one a well known national provider and the other a local business. When Gail met Bill initially, she had been experiencing problems for a number of months but had not had the time to tackle the issues.

Their luxury lodges are spread remotely across the Estate, with their laundry store located back at the resort centre. Gail was feeling fed-up with their current supplier as they were providing poor quality, with bedding linen being returned to them with marks or rips present. This wasn’t only frustrating but costing them in staffing costs due to the housekeeping team having to return to the store each time to get additional supplies.

As with all of our bedding linen contracts, we now provide Forbes of Kingennie with three sets of designated bedding linen. Allowing for them to have one set on the bed, one in the cupboard and one with us being laundered. Rejection rate for linen has been reduced to less than 1% as we carefully monitor all products for issues, replacing stock where required immediately.

Table linen, for their restaurant and function suites was supplied by a different, more local company. Their quality of product was high however, their communication and reaction time to unforeseen circumstances was slow.
